Hi there...I find myself strangely no longer a member of stupid_free, and I'm not sure how that happened. I've not been deleting my comments or posts (or even made a post for that matter) so I'm not sure why I was removed :(
I tried to rejoin but have not been approved so I was just curious as to why. (And my apologies if you just haven't been around to approve memberships the past few days)

i understand that you are a mod on stupid free.

ok , i posted a pic in my LJ. A pic of me looking a bit worse for wear, in fact. someone has taken that pic from my LJ without my permission, altered it and posted it on stupid free.
no - they never asked. even so, i know it is there and it was still there after I looked today.
i have already contacted LJ abuse.
these guys take copyright seriously. you may wish to consult Mengus on that.

I am making a request.
I want you to take you take all those pics down. all pics of me, my friends and anyone else whose work you stole and altered without permission.

We can get in SF and look without joining. We know what you guys are up to. Just so you know. Please remove the offending images or we shall have no alternative but to make further reports to Lj abuse.

Are you referring to yourself as a collective, or are there other parties involved?

Mengus had already brought your picture to our attention, and it was a clear violation of our community rules. To my knowledge, the image (one) was deleted immediately.

If there are more, you will need to provide me with links so I can address them.

The mods of [info]stupid_free have always taken the TOS seriously and ban/delete accordingly. I'm not sure what else you think we're "up to", but again, if you have any links to violations of our community rules that we might have missed, please forward them to me and as a mod, I will ensure that they are handled swiftly and efficiently.
